I don’t believe therapy is just about learning how to cope better. I want to understand why the patterns that keep showing up in your life developed in the first place. We’ll look at past experiences, relationships, attachment wounds, and the ways you learned to survive, and work toward actually changing what no longer serves you.

Together, we’ll get curious about the patterns underneath what you’re struggling with, not just the symptoms. We’ll connect what’s happening now to what you learned about yourself and relationships along the way, process experiences that still carry emotional weight, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, curious, and direct. I’m not a therapist who sits silently and nods the whole session. I’ll laugh with you, ask hard questions, notice patterns, sit with you, and gently challenge you when needed. I want therapy to feel human and safe enough for you to show up as yourself, even when what we’re working on is hard.
