I use evidenced based therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness to achieve the goals set forth by my clients. My goal as a therapist is to provide hope for a better tomorrow, facilitate change to improve quality of life, and to foster healthy relationships.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and established in openness, trust, honesty, and empowerment. My clinical focus is working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 18-65, who experience challenges with anxiety, depression, ADHD and life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, and lack of self-esteem.
