I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and grounded in safety. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while still helping you grow. I’ll support you and gently guide you toward the patterns and habits that may be keeping you stuck. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I work with women and helping professionals who are used to being the strong one but feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected. Many struggle with burn out, difficulty taking time for rest, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or relationship stress and want to feel more grounded, confident, and like themselves again.

I became a therapist because of my own experiences with depression, grief, and family challenges as a teenager. My counselor helped me change my life and I knew I wanted to offer that same support to others.

I offer virtual therapy for adults in Arizona. I truly feel that this work is part of my life’s purpose and it's an honor to be invited into your healing process.
