Overcome stuck patterns by leaning into uncomfortable experiences, confronting irrational beliefs, exploring and implementing new skills, and addressing potential triggers and concerns.

are adjusting to present moment changes in their lives and may be seeking support as they explore behavior patterns that no longer work for them as they navigate toward the concepts and relationships they value.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy deeper, meaningful discussions with motivated people who take the time to notice and address the challenges that emerge in our society.

I offer a hybrid practice: clients are welcome to work with me online and in office and can switch freely from one to the other.

I proudly serve members of the Deaf/HH community, and am culturally competent and fluent in American Sign Language. Public Figures, Professional First Responders and Health Practitioners are ensured privacy and security in-office and online.
