I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing burn out, stress, anxiety, depression or dealing with past trauma. I work with couples feeling disconnected or dealing with increased conflict. I specialized in working with individuals who need a safe space to be vulnerable and not judged.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to deal with emotional pain, grief, and face life's challenges without having a space to process it. As a first-generation college graduate and proud Latina, I’ve faced the pressure of navigating unfamiliar systems and expectations. I became the therapist I once needed, someone warm and empathetic.
