Together, we can address anything hindering you from living as your most confident, authentic self, such as battling with your eating or body image, relationship or sexuality issues, pain from childhood or religious trauma, and/or anxiety.

I specialize in working with young adults. My favorite clients are those who want to understand themselves on a deeper level, to challenge what they've been taught and to develop into a more confident, intuitive, self-aware version of themselves.
