I see therapy as a journey of reconnecting with your most authentic self. I support you in identifying and understanding all of your internal parts. Throughout treatment, we'll explore how you may strengthen your relationship with your emotions, identify core beliefs, and grow to be more connected with yourself and your world, in mind, body and spirit.

Throughout treatment, we will process your experiences, improve self-awareness, and explore ways to make changes in your life. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and couples through various concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, grief & loss, existential concerns, spiritual & religious struggles, and trauma.

My style is easy-going, warm, compassionate, and authentic. I am a fellow human walking with you through the heavy and light parts of being a human. I don't claim to understand exactly what someone is going through. I value curiosity and aim to understand YOU and your unique experiences to the best of my ability, to support you in reaching your goals.
