Hi, I'm Zoë! I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist, passionate about creating an inclusive space where people can show up as their authentic selves. My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and liberation-oriented framework, acknowledging that our well-being is shaped by personal experiences but also by the systems & cultures we navigate.

Together, we can explore the stories, identities, relationships, and stressors that have shaped your experiences while building on your resilience, strengths, and capacity for growth. Therapy can be a space for healing, empowerment, self-discovery, and reclaiming agency in a world that often asks us to disconnect from ourselves.
