I am able to support those struggling with anxiety, depression, hormonal changes, issues with relationships, medical crises, and religious trauma. My passion is in supporting people in finding their authentic selves.

From grade school on, my friends called me "the counselor" due to my natural supportive instincts and ability to offer perspective. A career was born!

I am excited to be able to do what I do every day. Mental health challenges deserve to have as much attention as any other health concern and everyone can benefit from therapy. I offer compassion and nonjudgemental support in a safe environment.
