I specialize in working with people who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, anxiety, depression, and the emotional shifts that come with motherhood. Many of my patients feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or like they’ve lost themselves—I help them regain balance and feel like themselves again.

I became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because I wanted to support people through some of life’s most challenging moments. I’m especially passionate about helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the emotional complexities of motherhood with compassionate, evidence-based care.
