Working as a team, we will uncover your strengths, develop new coping strategies, and work toward a more grounded, purposeful life. I work with individuals who are managing anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions - together we will search for solutions to manage whatever cards life might hand us.

I would hope that my clients would describe me as someone who is kind, caring, and open-minded. I want my clients to feel safe, seen, supported, and understood. I also like to incorporate humor into sessions when appropriate, and always appreciate feedback.

I love working with people in general! But I find that I especially love providing support to people who are living through major life changes, such as stepping into parenthood, a caregiver role, or experiencing loss. Beyond that, I also specialize in working with people who are living with anxiety, depression, or self-esteem/body image issues.

I can recall periods of my life that felt so overwhelming and lonely. I want to help others navigate those difficult periods using both life experience and clinical knowledge. It helps to remember that we are all connected and we don't have to face challenges alone.

I am first and foremost client-centered in my practice. Sessions are a time to address what you feel is most important, and I will cater to your specific needs around structure and pace. I truly respect and care for all of my clients.
