I became a therapist because I believe people are doing the best they can, and sometimes life demands more than we can carry alone.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I use EMDR therapy because I believe healing doesn’t always come just from talking, it comes from safely reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have been holding pain, fear, or shame.
