I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin the work to make sense of what they’re carrying. I work mainly with adults experiencing a variety of circumstances, and I aim to help clients build tools for lasting change through a collaborative and tailored approach.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or carrying the weight of past experiences that still impact their present. During our work together, we gently unpack these patterns and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control of your life outside of the therapy office.

I’ve seen how easy it is to feel alone in your struggles, and how helpful it can be to have someone walk alongside you as you begin to heal.
