I offer therapy how it is intended to be, face to face, human to human, in an office, for a full hour. While I do provide telemed therapy when requested, I mainly provide good ol' fashioned, in-person therapy.

While I do use evidence based modalities, such as CBT and Schema Therapy, the truth is we do a lot of laughing together in sessions as we work to shift perspectives and find the humor and the joy in life.
