As a provider, I believe my greatest strengths lie in my empathetic approach, my understanding of existential meaning-centered logotherapy, my ability to create a safe and supportive space, and my passion for empowering clients to live meaningful and authentic lives.

During the first session, my hope is to provide a warm and welcoming environment where clients can openly share their goals and concerns. I will take the time to get to know them, asking questions to understand their background, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve in therapy.
