My Approach is Integrated and Collaborative: I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from various therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy, to tailor a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. Sessions are held online as individual or family.

Together we will create a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical coping skills. Using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, we'll work toward meaningful goals, increased self-awareness, and lasting positive change.
