My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe there's a reason you're hurting, even if you can't see it yet. Together we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and use approaches like EMDR, ACT, attachment-based therapy, and CBT to help create meaningful, lasting change.

Together we'll make sense of what's been weighing on you, understand how your past experiences may still be affecting your present, and work toward real change. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build.

My clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. They tell me they feel understood, not analyzed. They appreciate having someone who helps them make sense of what's happening while also finding practical ways to move forward.

I specialize in working with people who are tired of surviving and ready to understand why life feels so hard. I often work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences.

I believe people deserve more than someone who tells them to "think differently" or "try harder." I became a therapist because I wanted to help people understand themselves with compassion while also finding ways to create lasting change—not just temporary relief.

No two people experience life the same way, so I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to your needs, drawing from EMDR, attachment-based therapy, ACT, CBT, and other approaches when they're helpful. If something isn't working, we'll adjust together.
