I specialize in working with teens/adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, & depression, among other issues. I provide a supportive, structured, and safe space where clients can build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and develop greater confidence in themselves. I also address negative thinking patterns and work toward behavior change.

I have been licensed since 2001 and have experience with ADHD, behavior problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, etc. I am undergoing EMDR training and am able to provide this, also.

I wanted to help people overcome their challenges and experience peace and joy, regardless of their circumstances. I want to help people to know that they have someone on their side, cheering for them, and helping them to see that they can find happiness and meet their goals.
