Abigail Olivares

Hi, I'm Abigail Olivares, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I support individuals, teens, couples, and families in exploring the deeper emotional landscapes that shape their relationships, identities, and inner worlds.

I help clients slow down, listen inward, and make sense of the patterns that keep them feeling stuck — whether it’s anxiety in relationships, difficulty setting boundaries, cycles of self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or a feeling of being disconnected from themselves.

I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, honoring their pace, and creating space for both insight and change. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate therapeutic relationship that supports clients in understanding themselves more deeply and building lives that feel aligned, meaningful, and authentic.
