My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on each client’s unique experiences and goals. I believe everyone has resilience within them, and therapy provides a supportive space to gain insight, navigate challenges, and develop practical tools for growth, healing, and lasting well-being.

Together, we will create a supportive and compassionate space where you can feel accepted as you are. I strive to foster an inclusive environment that encourages self-exploration, personal growth, and healing while helping you build a stronger connection with yourself and the people around you.

My clients describe me as compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. They appreciate my supportive and nonjudgmental presence, as well as my ability to listen attentively, foster trust, and help them feel understood while working toward meaningful change and personal growth.

I enjoy working with teens and adults, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, mothers, girls, and those in non-traditional relationships or family structures. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, divorce, and other significant life difficulties.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I believe everyone deserves a supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered. Being part of a client’s journey toward growth, healing, and self-discovery is deeply meaningful to me.

I am currently completing my graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University
