I strive to create a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental environment for clients to navigate through their adverse experiences where they can feel heard, understood and supported through their journey of growth and healing.

I am a first generation immigrant to the United States, my experiences influenced me to become a therapist and to work to dispel the stigma and negative perceptions of mental health.
