I specialize in working with people who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I also work with couples and children, integrating art therapy, meditation, and body-based tools. Many of my clients are seekers drawn to spiritual growth, creativity, and new ways of connecting with themselves and others.

I have always been an emotionally sensitive person, and naturally connect with people and intuitively sense what they are needing. I didn't grow up in a very nurturing environment and had to face challenges on my own. I love to offer others what I didn't receive and have a heart for people who are needing nurturing and kindness.
