I support adolescents, adults, and couples in understanding how old relational wounds shape current patterns. Using a trauma-sensitive, attachment-informed approach, I create a safe space to strengthen self-worth, relationships, and confidence in being yourself.

Together we will untangle old patterns, explore new ways to set boundaries, and nurture self-compassion. We’ll build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections with yourself and others.
