These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on strengths, Narrative Therapy to reframe personal stories, trauma-informed care for safe processing, and Structural Family Therapy to strengthen communication and relationships.

My clients describe me as compassionate, patient, and approachable. They often share that they feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood in our sessions, and appreciate my supportive yet practical guidance as they work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.

I work with individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, codependency, anger issues, ADHD, relationship challenges, and adoption-related concerns. I also support clients managing mood and emotional disorders, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, providing compassionate, individualized care.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing through connection and understanding. My personal experiences showed me how transformative compassionate support can be, and I felt called to create a safe space where others can grow, find hope, and move forward with confidence.

I am pursuing a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate degree at National University, and I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a Certificate in Addictions.
