Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who want more than surface-level change. I offer a space for deep, embodied self-inquiry, integrating somatic, psychodynamic, and depth-oriented therapy to help you uncover recurring patterns, reconnect with your body, and engage more deeply with your inner world.

Together we will explore your inner world to uncover what’s beneath the struggles you’re facing, recognize recurring patterns, and reconnect with your inner resources in a safe, supportive space ~ supporting insight, self-awareness, meaningful growth, and greater clarity in your life and relationships.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore your most tender, vulnerable, and unspoken fears, longings, thoughts, fantasies, or shadow parts, while also being gently challenged to recognize patterns, work with difficult emotions, and connect more deeply with yourself.

I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, sexuality and intimacy, psychedelic integration, and pregnancy or postpartum transitions. You may notice patterns repeating in your life, feel disconnected from yourself or your body, or sense deeper layers of your experience waiting to be understood.

I became a therapist because I love supporting people in doing the deep, courageous work of exploring their inner world, facing shadow and vulnerability, uncovering patterns, and reconnecting with themselves in a meaningful, embodied way.

I have found that true healing happens in the safety of a trusted therapeutic relationship. The intimacy of being deeply known and understood is rare, and I strive for my clients to feel fully seen, understood, and challenged in ways that help them engage more deeply with themselves, their emotions, and their life patterns.
