Drawing on somatic therapy, Jungian & psychodynamic depth, & parts-based approaches, we explore what lives beneath your patterns—in your body, your history, your dreams & longings. Beneath your symptoms is a story waiting to be understood, and change that genuinely lasts becomes possible when we meet it there.

Together we will explore what lives beneath your struggles: the recurring patterns, your history, your unlived longings. The goal is not just insight, but real and lasting change in how you feel, relate, and move through your life.

I specialize in working with people who have tried to understand themselves and still feel stuck — navigating trauma, grief, relationships, sexuality and desire, embodiment and sensuality, life transitions, psychedelic integration, or the tender changes of pregnancy and postpartum.

I became a therapist because I know what it is to sense something deeper waiting to be understood, and because I have seen what becomes possible when people finally stop living out patterns they didn't choose.

I have found that true healing happens in the safety of a trusted relationship. The intimacy of being deeply known is rare, and I strive to offer exactly that: a space where you feel fully seen, understood, and challenged in ways that help you engage more deeply with yourself, your emotions, and your life.
