Hi, I’m Auzhané Johnson, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about holding space for individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most tender and transformative moments. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and connection.

I specialize in trauma-informed care and work from a humanistic and holistic approach—meeting clients exactly where they are. As a Brainspotting practitioner, I integrate somatic experiencing and mindfulness based practices to support the body’s natural capacity to process and heal.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be rushed. I work from the belief that safety, attunement, and honesty create the conditions where real growth can happen.
