I am passionate about helping couples and individuals in various challenging corners of life and life transitions. My goal is to bring out confidence, hope, clarity and compassion within the people I work with.

Together, we will explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s transitions. We will work toward building confidence, gaining clarity, fostering self-compassion, and creating meaningful change so you can move forward with greater resilience, balance, and hope.

My clients describe me as compassionate, supportive, and easy to talk to. They appreciate my ability to listen without judgment, provide a safe and welcoming space, and help them gain clarity, insight, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth.

I specialize in helping adults, couples, and immigrant community in areas of anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, mindfulness, postpartum and peripartum support, life transitions, grief, infertility, and sex therapy.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and discover their strengths. I believe that everyone deserves a supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, studying at the Alliant International University. I am also an experienced hypnotherapist, with a practice in Los Angeles. I’ve been helping individuals with overcoming addictions, performance enhancement, increasing confidence and motivation.
