Along with providing you with skills to thrive day-to-day, we will also uncover and explore unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can be more conscious of what's holding you back from being who you want to be. This process enhances your understanding of your inner world, strengthens problem-solving skills, and fosters lasting change.

As a depth-oriented therapist I will help you become more conscious, examine how past experiences are shaping you now, and help you find hidden inner resources. By engaging in compassionate curiosity and self-exploration, we will move closer to wholeness and purpose. I believe it is important that we look at the "why" and the "what" of things.

I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, codependency, bipolar disorder, addiction, and depression. Many of my clients have had difficult childhoods and feel out of place in the world because of these experiences.

Having experienced dark times myself, I wanted to aid individuals in the process of self-discovery and change while also making a difference in society. My own therapeutic work and healing process fuels the sense of purpose I have for engaging in this process with others.

Along with traditional psychotherapy, I am also trained in hypnotherapy and integrate this into my practice when appropriate. I provide monthly receipts for clients to submit to their insurance plans for reimbursement if their plan covers out-of-network therapy.
