This process enhances your understanding of your inner world, strengthens problem-solving skills, and fosters lasting change.

As a depth-oriented therapist I will help you become more conscious, examine how past experiences are shaping you now, and help you find hidden inner resources. By engaging in compassionate curiosity and self-exploration, we will move closer to wholeness and purpose. I believe it is important that we look at the "why" and the "what" of things.

I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, codependency, bipolar disorder, addiction, and depression. Many of my clients have had difficult childhoods and feel out of place in the world because of these experiences.

I wanted to aid individuals in the process of self-discovery and change while also making a difference in society.

Along with traditional psychotherapy, I am also trained in hypnotherapy and integrate this into my practice when appropriate. I provide monthly receipts for clients to submit to their insurance plans for reimbursement if their plan covers out-of-network therapy.

My practice is both in-person and virtual.
