I utilize CBT in order to support you in learning how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviors. My goal is for you to leave every session with a plan of how to implement strategies over the coming week.

Identify any unhelpful thoughts you engage with and how they impact your feelings & behaviors. From there, we will work on shifting to more helpful ways of thinking about yourself & the world.

Open and safe. I approach clients without judgment and prioritize our therapeutic relationship above all else.
