I'm warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and connected to your authentic self. I tend to work with people who want to explore their family dynamics and relationship histories while strengthening their mind/body connection in the process, ultimately to achieve powerful insights, emotional safety, and self-trust.

We'll address such facets of life as family dynamics, physiological responses to stress, childhood trauma, core beliefs, values, identity, mind-body connection and more, in order to cultivate a deeper understanding of who you are and how you would like to see change in your life.

I primarily work with individuals navigating anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, women's health and wellness, trauma and PTSD, self-harm and life transitions.

I believe that therapy is a sacred space where lives can be saved and changed. Therapy was a lifeline for me as a young adult, and I love that this profession is always challenging, evolving, and purposeful.

I place a lot of emphasis on somatic therapy techniques and strengthening the mind/body connection. I also incorporate exploration of relationships, values and radical acceptance that drives insight-oriented conversation. As a woman who wears many hats, I understand the complexity of life and welcome all individuals who may benefit from working with me.
