I'm warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and connected to your authentic self. I don’t give quick advice—instead, we slow down and listen to your inner wisdom, nurturing the mind-body connection and building skills to support clarity, calm, and emotional resilience.

I primarily work with individuals navigating anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, women's issues, trauma, self-harm and life transitions. As a mother, dancer, and person with a lifelong autoimmune disease, I invite anyone who is ready to explore their inner world to start (or continue) their journey with me.
