I am sometimes awkward, most of the time direct, and always relational. I work with queer, gender-expansive, and trans adults. I have experience working those who are blind, vision impaired, and disabled, are experiencing chronic stress, suicidal, and managing grief.

I needed a therapist when I was younger, so I sought out therapy as an adult. Processing my own trauma and navigating my own mental health issues while pursuing this career has helped me in understanding the importance of systemic work. I am most passionate about family and relational work because it can create meaningful and systemic change.

I am a family caregiver, live with OCD, ADHD, and CPTSD, and I am disabled, queer, and nonbinary. I am a part of a San Francisco, CA based virtual group practice called Stillpoint Therapy Collective.
