I specialize in working with people who are managing multiple life transitions at once and finding themselves overwhelmed. Healing might mean going to therapy for a relationship between family members, romantic partners, friends, coworkers, or roommates. Therapy may look like developing tools for nervous system regulation and processing your identities.

My early work focused on psychosis, navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, and the body’s reaction to stress. I have experience working with those who are vision impaired and blind, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, suicidal, gay, lesbian, transgender, and queer.
