Feel overwhelmed, frantic, lost, nervous, sad, unmotivated, haunted by disturbing thoughts, burnt out, and helpless. They have difficulty with communicating with their loved ones and maintaining relationships. They often feel helpless.
I became a therapist because:
Having had anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, I learned the power of therapy. It helped me find my passion and purpose in life, helping others.

I provide online video therapy sessions in the evenings with my first appointment availablity at 4 pm and my last appointment availability at 10 pm.
