Hi, I’m Cassie Smith, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I love working with clients who are clear on what they want to get out of the therapeutic process.

Whether you are experiencing a large amount of relationship anxiety, issues navigating depression in daily life, or frequent interpersonal problems, having that clear focus will allow us to make sure that you are growing in the ways you want to be.

The way I approach my work is best described as a combination of Schema and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This means that we will work together to uncover the ways that you learned how to think and interact from a young age due to unmet emotional needs, and understand where these patterns no longer serve you in your daily life.
