I work with people who have a history of trauma, anxiety, and depression, or are living with a chronic illness. I understand how difficult it is to see negative patterns but not be able to stop them; and how overwhelming and isolating it can feel in the midst of a flair up. I focus on helping clients decrease the intensity of hijacking thoughts and emotions.

Using trauma informed techniques, we'll explore how stress, unhealed parts, and old patterns continue to drive unwanted thoughts and behaviors. We’ll work to understand the ways the nervous system has adapted to stress over time. We’ll focus on body-based approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and begin moving toward relief, clarity, and more choice.

My clients describe me as compassionate, warm, and relational. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I understand that the best marker for change comes from the therapeutic relationship. Because of this, I aim to build a strong connection with my clients so that they feel seen, comforted, and supported.
