I support individuals with depression, anxiety, parenting/co-parenting, caregiver burden, women’s issues, family dynamics, trauma/resilience, work/life balance, career transitions, spirituality, and intimate relationships using evidence-based, holistic frameworks including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

Together we will explore your experiences and strengths to foster growth and healing. I will do this by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self, build resilience, and develop the courage and skills you need to heal, grow, and thrive again.
