I specialize in working with people who:

are in marital/couple conflict, people who want to become their best selves, people who are depressed or have anxiety. People who do not want to give up but don't know where to start. People who are suffering with the effects of low self-esteem.

I became a therapist because:

to help people realize they can live an abundant life with joy, love and peace.

In addition to being a LMFT and supervisor, I am also a Professional Biblical Counselor integrating faith and evidence-based orientations. I have other AMFT's working with my supervision. They are being trained and are approved by the state.
