My approach is direct, warm, and collaborative. I want to see my clients thrive and that means, we'll have to step out of our comfort zones from time to time. But don't fret!--I will never ask you to do something unless I fully believe you are ready.

My clients would describe me as empathetic, caring, in tune, and at times, pretty funny. Humor is a big part of my life and I believe bringing that lightness into sessions can be beneficial. Not everything needs to be heavy all the time.

I specialize in working with people who are chronically depressed, including experiencing suicidal ideation. If you are someone who can show up for your self, for others, and yet, you still feel empty and heavy inside, I'm here to help!

While I don't accept insurance, I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance permits. Please note, sliding scale depends on financial need.
