I combine insight-oriented talk therapy with somatic practices, informed by my ongoing training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner—to support a deeper, more embodied connection with yourself.

In our sessions, we’ll engage in talk therapy to explore your thoughts, emotions, history, and relational patterns. This reflective process builds insight and clarity—but insight alone isn’t always enough. That’s why I also integrate somatic techniques, which gently bring awareness to the body and its physical sensations.

My clients describe me as warm, calming, and deeply welcoming. I offer a grounded presence that helps them feel safe to explore at their own pace. Rather than being highly directive, I trust what arises naturally in the moment. Clients often feel seen, accepted, and supported without judgment or pathologizing.
