Together, we will work toward your goals. I am excited to begin our work together. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma, improve their relationships, and become the best version of themselves.

My clients describe me as compassionate, supportive, and easy to talk to. They appreciate my nonjudgmental approach, active listening, and ability to create a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents with a range of life challenges, includingdepression, anxiety and panic management, relationship and interpersonal issues, life changes and adjustments, and PTSD and trauma.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am currently a student at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and have built upon my previous experience as a counselor in an inpatient setting to be able to provide the best trauma-informed care. I have a strong belief in resiliency and building upon your strengths in your therapy journey.
