My approach is grounded in evidence based practices, however I am open to the reality that our field is constantly growing and evolving. I have training in several evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT and DBT.

Often present as polished, put together and seem to manage crisis and challenges with little to no effort. On the outside calm and collected, on the inside there is a feeling of disorganization, emptiness anxiety and often hopelessness.

I became a therapist because:

I have myself have experienced the benefits of therapy and believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the skills that I learned.
