I’m honored to support you on your journey. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. I also support veterans, military-connected individuals, and transnational individuals and families exploring identity, culture, belonging, and life between worlds.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate trainee at Alliant University, an Air Force veteran, and a California native. My own therapy experiences shaped the compassionate, curious, and present therapist I strive to be. I’m passionate about relationships, culture, creativity, and the many ways we find meaning in life.
