I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Level II Certified Restoration Therapist. I specialize in working with individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, or relational issues and are seeking to accept themselves and build meaningful connections.
