I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, neurodevelopmental disorders, and emotional regulation concerns.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to heal, grow, and feel understood. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist trainee, I provide culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique experiences and strengths. My diverse personal and professional background allows me to support individuals, couples, and families with empathy, respect, and a commitment to healing, growth, and meaningful change.
