I have been told that I'm pretty laid back and humorous. I understand what it's like to be in my clients shoes. I am authentic and genuine.

I use EMDR to treat trauma. I use CBT, DBT, and ACT to help change negative thought patterns and negative behaviors. I am very collaborative in my approach. I welcome feedback and for my clients to communicate to me with what they need from me.

We will discuss family, relationships, trauma, Anxiety, Depression, your emotions, your experiences, and basically anything that is affecting your life.

I specialize is working with people who have experienced Childhood Trauma, such as childhood sexual trauma. I also specialize in helping couples finding balance in their relationships.

I knew I wanted to be a therapist since high school but didn't have the support of my family. So it took me about 16 years before I decided to do it.

I'm 100% telehealth. I guess what stands out is that I'm in a different timezone. I'm licensed in CA and only see CA clients but I live in NC.
