My clinical approach is DBT informed, drawing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. My background spans both school-based and residential treatment settings, giving me a well-rounded and grounded perspective on adolescent development.

Together we will explore what’s been weighing on you, build insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered in your life.

My clients would describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where people feel safe being their authentic selves without judgment. I am also calm, compassionate, and grounding, someone who listens deeply and helps them make sense of what they’re going through.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel understood and supported through life’s challenges. I believe that having a safe space to explore our experiences can lead to meaningful growth and healing.

I also provide supportive gender-affirming assessments and letters for individuals seeking hormone therapy or gender-affirming surgery. These assessments follow WPATH Standards of Care and are conducted in a collaborative, affirming environment. Most letters can be completed within one or two sessions.
