Explore and dismantle your negative core beliefs, work through stuck emotions, and tap into your unique inner strengths. We will work on freeing your mind and body of repetitive thought patterns keeping you stuck.
I specialize in working with people who:
have past unresolved trauma and experience continued bouts of anxiety, low self-worth, dysregulated emotions, and negative self-talk. I take a holistic mind-body approach while utilizinig a variety of modalities, including DBT, ACT, and mindfulness.
I became a therapist because:
I've been on the other side of the chair and I know healing is possible. I love supporting others in discovering their own capacity to heal.
