My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, emphasizing a supportive and empowering partnership. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying strengths and practical steps toward change.

Together we will create a safe space where you can show up just as you are. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re unsure what to say or where things may go. We will move at your pace, without pressure to have everything figured out. Remember: you are allowed to question your thoughts and be kind to yourself while you do.

My clients describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel heard, understood, and comfortable being open in our sessions. I aim to create a space where people feel respected, encouraged, and empowered to explore their thoughts and move toward meaningful change.

I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, OCD, and PTSD. I support clients in understanding their experiences, building coping skills, and working toward meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered during difficult times. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and discover meaningful ways to grow, heal, and create positive change in their lives

I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Loma Linda University, and I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA. Mental health is something I care deeply about, both personally and professionally.
