My approach is warm, straightforward, and grounded so you can start doing the work toward lasting relief and greater emotional regulation. Client have told me that they feel calm around my energy.

I help clients with: Trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation, identity-related stress, trauma related to discrimination, violence, or marginalization, shame and self doubt. I am a Certified EMDR therapist.

I want to represent my community by being myself in the therapy space. I want to extend my gifts of compassion and resilience with my community. I want to advocate for under-represented folks and help them find their voice.

I am a bilingual first generation therapist with Mexican roots. I love to learn about, honor, and uplift folks from other cultures and backgrounds. I love animals, being in nature, and have studied some Buddhism and other Eastern healing traditions. I weave these practices within therapy and into my own life.
